Why come to Abbeyfield?

Happiness is living at Abbeyfield RiponHappiness is living at Abbeyfield RiponYou gain more freedom to do what you enjoy.

We are close to Ripon's shops, cafes and Spa Gardens for meeting up with friends and family.

We provide delicious home-cooked food every day for lunch and tea - no more racking your brains to think about what to prepare, our housekeepers do that for you. They welcome your new ideas.

Mealtimes are a social time, meeting and chatting with other residents and staff. Otherwise you choose how much time you want to spend in communal areas.

You have your own keys to come and go as you please.

You have the time and energy to spend doing things you choose to do without worrying about all of the everyday chores.

We don't clean your rooms or do your laundry for you so there is something left for you to do.

One thing that can worry prospective residents is the thought of downsizing. Rather than thinking of it as letting go of things it is helpful to concentrate on the things that really matter.
